    Xbox isnt working at all


    Hello, my Xbox takes a long time to start up it's sits on the green screen that says Xbox One for about 10 to 20 minutes. When it eventually is done loading up I can't load up any games or apps. I can't even load up Xbox Support to help me. It keeps saying to restart my Xbox (which I have multiple times) and to even reset the Xbox (which I also have done). Can someone help me or does anyone have a similar problem. Thank you and all help would be appreciated

    Nice to meet you and I hope you are having a great day!

    I understand you need help with your Xbox console problem.

    Let's try a hard reset first and see if this helps.

    - Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

    - Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

    - Wait 30 seconds.

    - Plug the power cord back in on another outlet.

    - Press and hold the BIND button (the one to SYNC controllers) and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    - Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

    - Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart.

    Note: If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any “power-down” chirps, that also means this failed.

    - You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

    - The console should start and show the Troubleshooting screen

    - Choose "Reset this Xbox" and then "Keep games and apps".

    Make sure you do not have any external hard drive plugged in to the console as well.

    You may want to try clearing your system cache to see if that works and try playing the game another profile to ensure it is only your account/save is having the problem.

    That feature isnt working. Just like the log in feature isnt working. Just like nothing about game pass is working at all even though following all the steps required. Nothing is working. Well 1 thing is working. Download games. That's it. Nothing else
    works. Cant even play the games
