Xbox isn’t loading anything and being super slow.

So basically, a couple of days ago I logged on to Xbox to play some elden ring, but after a while it just stopped loading whenever I tried to do things that required fast traveling. I tried resetting my Xbox to see if that fixed the issue. It did not. My Xbox turns on but isn’t loading anything at all.

Ive tried

Hard resetting

Soft resetting

Unplugging power supply

Factory reset

Being patient

Leaving it alone a while

Unplugging everything

All the methods I could find on Microsoft support

None of these fixed my issue. I am not currently financially stable enough to get a new xbox. So if there’s any way I might be able to get it to work again that would be great. Thank you.

I resolved my issue.

The room I normally have it in gets very cold over the winter and the heater recently broke.

So I relocated it and it works fine now. Still a tad bit slow but not as bad as before.

Thank you for your help and if anyone else is having the same problem try putting it somewhere warmer.

While I am grateful for your quick response my issue does not lie solely in elden ring. It’s the entire Xbox acting up. I should have specified that earlier I’m sorry.

Unfortunately it was poorly optimized for older generations, it is likely that your Xbox is not supporting the game, if there is a performance option in the options try to select it before entering the game. Most likely you will need to wait for an update to fix the problem.

I would advise restoring to factory defaults, but I believe you have already done that.

I regret to inform you that the original xbox one, the model that has a large external source, has not been repaired with microsoft for a few years, due to lack of parts, because in 2017 its manufacture was suspended.

For repair I believe you will need an external technician.

unfortunately in addition to restoration microsoft advises not to talk about auto repair because we do not master the subject and we are not microsoft technicians, it does not even have a channel for auto repair advice.
