Xbox is unresponsive to any inputs once turned on, and it won't display on tv

I had turned on my xbox one s this morning only to be met by a black screen. I made sure the tv was on and it was. I did the normal thing to do, and power cycled my console. Once I turned it back on, the black screen didn't appear, but nothing was happening now. No green screen, nothing. I did some digging into what could happen and came across the 'Black Screen of Death'. I did everything that was suggested to fix the issue and nothing worked. I tried to see if xbox app would work, but when I tried to uninstall any games it hit me with a 'try again later something went wrong'. I also noticed that it said my xbox was on standby mode, when I never had that enabled. I was downloading some games, but the games weren't large in terms of size. I mention this because I saw something that this could be an issue that happens when you download something while the xbox is in standby mode. I've tried everything I can think of but nothing works. Everything I see gives me the solution of repairing the console, but I don't want it to come to that. Does anyone have any solutions?

May delay the input to the display and make the game play a little unresponsive and awkward though ?

Decreasing the video resolution won't change anything. What you're likely experiencing is called "input lag", a delay between the time when the TV receives input from your source, processes it, and then displays it on the screen. This can result in games
feeling clumsy, unresponsive and even unplayable.

In order to fix it you essentially need to reduce the amount of processing your display has to do in the interim. Disabling features like dynamic contrast, edge enhancement, and colour boosters can help with minimizing processing time. Usually the biggest
contributor is motion interpolation - your Samsung TV will call it AutoMotion Plus. Go into your picture settings, and under piction options you should find this feature, disable it and see if it makes a difference - it should be noticeable.

Also, games/Xbox/PS3/etc. are perfectly compatible with current LED/LCD displays.

If you're having troubles with the advanced 4K screen saying that you pretty much won't be doing anything with 4K, then you may have to fiddle with HDMI input settings on your TV. I have the XBR43x830c, and in order for it to display that I could play games,
watch movies, and all that, I had to go into my HDMI input settings and change the HDMI input for the Xbox to enhanced or something like that. Once I had done that, I was all green save for HDR, which my TV doesn't support.
