Xbox is trash. I want my money back!!

I finally bought the white Xbox One S and what a major disappointment it was from the very beginning! First, I didn't receive ANY of the extras promised on the box. I didn't receive Minecraft, I didn't receive the Live subscription, and I didn't receive
the gaming subscription. All promised on the box. That's illegal! Of course, I emailed Microsoft and they said its Gamestops problem! What?! Gamestop didn't package your garbage console! Yeah, I said the console is garbage because it is! This is a brand new
Xbox One S and the fan sounds like its been kicked across the room. I google it and what do you know... the Xbox One S has known fan issues! That's not all, folks. Today I put in Skate 3 and the Xbox started making a noise that resembled a jackhammer! I freaked
out and immediately took out the game. I tried playing Hello Neighbor and the same, extremely loud sound happened again. I took out the game a few times until the sound finally stopped. I had 4.. I repeat... FOUR.. Xbox 360s and they ALL died from the red
ring. I've had a PS4 since launch and it's had zero problems. The first day I try out the new Xbox and I'm able to compose a full list of very serious issues! I'm furious and the worst part is.. I know these dirtbags will tell me to send in my system for two-three
months while they jack off on it. **** Xbox and **** Microsoft. This is a **** company and it always has been. You mother **** owe me money!

As someone who can't play discs on my Xbox anymore, due a lil' incident, the free games are really ideal for me seeing as I had most of them before so I still got the saves.

there no point in xbox live the free games sucks and i can't make any friends are get in a halo clan i want my $25 back i heat what this network has turn in to

 

Anytime you buy something that doesn't include all the parts, the first thing you should do is take it back to the retailer you purchased it from. Yes, Gamestop does not package the consoles, but that could be a sign that someone else had used the console
and returned it. If you still can, you should take it back to Gamestop for an exchange.
