    Xbox is telling me to pay for a game I own and have played


    About a year ago, I payed for GTA Online for my Series X and played it multiple times. Now, when I go to download it, I'm being told to buy it because I apparently don't own it. What's the issue? How do I fix this?

    I also have this problem.

    And SUDDENLY cannot redownload games which i own and which already played.

    Some games tell me i have to pay again.

    Whyyyyyy? I already played these games many time!

    Can Sign in but can't connect

    Now there telling me there going to give me 7 days of free Xbox live gold. That's no good to me as I pay for it yearly, so its no consolation to me ! Im also having problems with game disks every time I change game it tells me its dirty or I don't own it

    I understand your frustration having free to play games behind a pay wall is wrong other platforms do have their own versions of xbox live but the free to play games are not behind the pay wall. But that being said are you only playing free games? I am
    happy to pay for live gold infact i pay for gamepass ultimate so it doesnt really effect me.

    This tells me which 360 games I own. Doesn't tell me what Xbox One games I own. Looks like I have to power up the console to find that out...
