Xbox is powering on but won’t load. It shows the xbox logo only.

If your console is stuck on a boot animation screen, try power cycling your Xbox console will reset the network card and clear the cache.

Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.

When the console is off, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.

Also remove all peripherals, such as storage expansion cards, UBD HDDs, battery charging stations, etc.

Plug the console back in and turn it on by pressing the Xbox button.

If your console is not on stand by it takes longer to boot up. It will show the green screen with the loading dots and then go to a black screen for a minute then show the xbox logo. Are you turning it off on the black screen before the logo appears? If
you can turn it on then quickly hold the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug it for 30 seconds from the outlet then plug back in and try powering back on again. Hopefully it will be able to boot up no problem.

I have this problem a lot when I cold boot it. It's like the OS' don't load properly every time. I usually let it sit powered on for a few minutes and then reset it. You'll know when it loaded properly by seeing the white Xbox logo in the corner. Also "Xbox
On" only works if your console is set to "Instant On" mode.

It won’t turn on at all, it only shows a black screen and cannot be turned off when the console is powered on.

Same thing is happening to me. The first time I downloaded it, it would show the frostbite logo and ea logo, then the start screen. Finally it would go to a loading screen with tips about weapons loadouts and just sit there loading. So I deleted the file,
downloaded it again. Now when I hit the start button on the title screen the frostbite logo, ea logo, and ratings logo run... then back to the title screen only to have it continue this loop over and over.
