Xbox is on,tv is on,tried to do the reset but why am I still getting no signal?

We cannot assist with self-repair.

I tried to reset with the games twice, the xbox "kinda" closed?

It did the noise and lost signal on tv but the home button is still on and the fan still turns, the second time i let it overnight but still the same result.

Is there something else to do?

I have kind of the same issue. I have always used xbox with hdmi on my TV and its worked fine. For the past month or so i have been using my computer monitor that has HDMI. Today i tried moving my xbox back to my tv and now the TV wont accept the signal.
It says weak signal. I tried the whole display reset, u could see that the xbox was restarting and resetting but it didnt work. Other components work fine on the tv with the same port and cable. Even tried it on another TV but still the same problem. The xbox
still however works fine on the monitor. maybe it was a bad patch? Im stumped.

I have tried the power cycle shut down after I do that the xbox light lights up but I get no input signal on my TV. The only way I can get the signal back is to unplug the xbox and leave it unplugged for 15 or more minutes. After I get it all working again
the xbox will freeze after i push the X button for anything. I have also tried to do a factory reset and all it does is freezes up
