Xbox is not working on 720p and above resolution

These steps i already done . i see 720p resolution but when i click on it goes to black screen. so press back button and keep 640p its worked fine.

I am also having the same issue my xbox was bought in 2019 and
ever since then it worked perfectly fine till last year, The issue came when
it woldn't work on any tv then i factory reset it, it showed up but only in 640x480 and
I've been resetting it and all that but it still wouldnt go full screen on my 1080p Monitor,
and its also blurry I can hardly see the screen, do you have any tips?

I appreciate the response. Just want to clarify when you mentioned you have already reset, did you mean power cycle/ console restart?

Try to perform factory reset keep my games and apps, to do this you click on Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".

Try Booting up your console in a low-res state then work your way up to 720 and above.

Here's how to do it.

If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.

On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds to turn off the console.

Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. DO NOT LET GO until the second beep occurs.

In either case, this will boot your console in low-resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset this setting, press the Xbox button to open the guide. Go to System > Settings > Display & sound > Video output, and then select the resolution you want from the Display dropdown.

As I said above the resolution really doesn't matter as far as 1080p vs 720p what really matters is the jaggies in whatever resolution. I think it's safe to say a 720p game with NO jaggies trumps a 1080p jagged-to-death picture everyday.
