MY XBOX is not turning on from last firday, i gave more than 55 calls to their india customer services toll free number.no one there to respond.i need know theire service center in chennai india.

Xbox one plug and play charger.

Will this charge the controller when the Xbox is turned off?

When I plug it in after the Xbox is turned off, it turns on again, any way to prevent this if it can charge when the Xbox is off, apart from plugging it in 1st then turning the Xbox off.

Hi , i gave a call to all the above number .its nonot helping ,all i am getting is xbox support is currently closed you can use our online support . How will i claim warranty in inline chat . pathetic service . Stressed to the core.

Hold the power button on the console intil it turns off and then restart the process amd see of that works...

Hello Vijay,

You can request a callback to get to talk with a support agent.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update

Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips (don't select anything here)

Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Hi TEEZYdennis,

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Xbox. Is it safe to assume it is an Xbox One?

I suggest a reset of the console via the troubleshooting screen to get you back to a factory reset.

To access the troubleshooting screen use these steps:

Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press theXbox button on the console.
Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

From there you can reset your console.

unfortunately you'll want to consider reaching out to the Online Service Center to explore having your console repaired or replaced. I know it's not ideal, but that is definitely not normal behavior for an
Xbox One.

I finally got my hands on a new power box/brick(?) and this was the problem.

It definitely sounds like it could be the Power Supply then. Like I said try to borrow a friends to see if the console works, and if it is the Power Supply I would strongly recommend buying an official one, an unofficial one may be cheap but it may also
damage your console.
