Xbox is not letting me download a game

I've downloaded the Xbox app in my pc through the browser, at first it would let me download the game grounded and I played it for a while coz I recently bought the gamepass. Now when I tried downloading another game (subliminal) it won't let me download even though my internet is fine. I've tried troubleshooting everything in the Xbox support website told me to do and I even reset my pc, just for it to be like that again. I've updated everything there is to be updated even my windows OS or the xbox app in the microsoft store. Now everytime I would download the app grounded it would only say "Installing 0% View Progress" and it would stay there for hours. When I reset the app it would still be like that again. When I would cancel the installation or pause, it won't let me. Please help me fix this issue

Try to follow this workaround:

Reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10/11 device:

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to install the game again.

Which specific game are you trying to purchase, and does the error pop up if you try to purchase the game on Xbox.com? Additionally, do you receive an error code that looks similar to 0x00000000 or XBOS-0000?

Please, reset the Microsoft Store and try installing the game again from there.

Is the game Fallout 76?

To Reset the Store, Press the Windows Key + R > Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Then, on the Microsoft Store, type your game name: "Fallout 76".

Load the game page and click on "Install".

Hello again CrazyChris02, try to do it this way, liquese the console and then go again in The Purchase History, find the game and click on top of it, should open another tab in your browser, then click install and choose the device to install.
