    Xbox is not letting me access certain games


    Until yesterday, i had no problems accessing my rated M games that i had bought (COD MW, For Honor), but now i am unable to access the games because of content restrictions. But, i have no content restrictions on my account. My parents checked in their settings,
    and there are no restrictions for my account. But, when i try to log in to those games, it gives me a content restriction message, and does not even let me bypass the restrictions by putting in a code from a parent’s account. What should i do?

    I am sorry you had to overcome this problem.

    I maybe have a solution:

    - maybe your parents set up microsoft family, if so ask them to make you an adult or a grown up.

    If this does not fix it try contacting microsoft.

    Yeah, I agree with this. What other games are you able to play at the moment? If those games are not also 18+, then an age restriction was likely placed on your account.

    Just tried assassin's creed, which I just bought and put in for the first time today, I am experiencing the same problem. Still does not even show up on my recently played games. I've also experienced the same problem when at another house so I don't think
    this specific wifi connection is the problem. This has only been happening to me for the past couple of days and I think it only occurs to games I have never played before. Skyrim actually shows up in my recent games and achievements because it connected
    to xbox live fine before a couple of days ago.

    Hi there, that is definitely way funky. You say it even happens to you when you play on other systems? Does it ever happen to guests playing on your system? Hmm, is your account set to the same region you are located in right now?
