Xbox is not available

I think its pretty disappointing that Microsoft has not anticipated the demand and made sure that all those wanting Xboxes were able to get them...maybe releasing them at the holidays is a lousy corporate decision...how about sampling the market well in
advance before determining a release date to see how many need to be produced or maybe they should have waited to release them until there were enough to go around...it is very disheartening to have spent thousands of dollars over the course of the Xbox's
evolution to be treated simple as a way for shareholders to enrich themselves

So using your logic, Microsoft should have sent an email out to every Xbox One owner asking if they were interested in an Xbox Series X, so that would be roughly 45 to 50 million emails.

Lets say of that 45 to 50 million Xbox One owners 30 percent responds saying they would buy one day one, so Microsoft now has to have 14 million Xbox Series X/S consoles available at launch, add another 10 percent on for defective consoles and another 20
percent for people going from PS4 to Xbox Series X, that would mean Microsoft would require roughly 18 million Xbox Series X/S for launch day.

So you would want Microsoft to delay the launch of the console from November 2020 to roughly November 2021, all so you could buy one?

You do know that every console launch has always been like this, remember the Xbox 360 or the Nintendo Wii or the Nintendo Switch? all of them were in short supply and all of them were difficult to find.

Plus we are in the middle of a global pandemic, perhaps just perhaps manufacturing had taken a bit of a hit and they weren't able to manufacture as many as they hoped.

Or maybe you could just be patient for when the new model of Xbox is back in stock at your favorite retailer.

Afterall, it's just a silly game system, not a needed medical device for someon's life.

Please make sure you can sign in all your profiles. Let's try to restore the console back to factory defaults but we will select keep my games and apps so it won't remove your games and progress.

Please follow the steps here:

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Settings

- Select System

- Select Console info & updates

- Select Reset console

- Select Keep Games and Apps

After this, you will have to sign in again with your email and password. Please check if there's any changes. Thanks!
