Xbox is having an issue with a few games

I'm Tim, an Independent Advisor here and a Microsoft user like you. I don't work for Microsoft and do not have access to any of your data on their system.

You can try clearing the cache as a last resort:-

To do this, press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely. Then, unplug the power cable for about 30 seconds, plug it back in, and turn on your Xbox.

If this does not solve the issue then unfortunately it maybe a case of having to format as a last resort.

I realize you may not know where to look on your router, but with that info you can now just google it (or Bing)

As I said before if I reset the ports I have forwarded I will not be able to play any of my games online, I will not connect to any hosts......I will sit in a lobby until I quit out....

What can't you understand?

Are you disconnecting the ethernet cable at all? I know I used to sporadically have this issue prior to switching over to WiFi 3-4 years ago, but it's hard to remember what was the root cause of it.
