Xbox is getting worst!!!

I have been an Xbox member for years. Iv'e had enough of this now...I got the Xbox one for the split screen feature so I can listen to football scores will playing my games. They have removed this feature!! Next problem. Every time
I purchase a game it takes HOURS to download... why are we going backwards! Now my storage device has stopped working due to the new update. So I will need to reset my storage and download allllll my games again on it :/. Why don't i download them all onto
the console? BECAUSE OF THE **** MEMORY IT HAS IT BARELY HOLDS 4 GAMES. I am furious. I can see myself switching to PS. Xbox is just a money making SCAM.

umm you do realize that game sizes get bigger especially on bluray right?

And yes its worse on psn so that's not going to solve your issue and is even worse on psn

Ps 4 games are usually bigger and only supports one external HD and only supports up to 4tb drives and onky one

Xbox one supports multiple as long as you have a USB slot free

I know cause I have 3 hds you can also buy 4tb drives etc

Honestly, that’s the worst way to try and help players who has this happen to them. I have done NOTHING to receive this and yet I have no way to get the ban? That’s technically just stealing money, being an xbox player for 10+ years and just to get banned for no reason and no way to get help for it? Microsoft and xbox have the worst support team and enforcement team ever.

MICROSOFT AND XBOX ARE PATHETIC, XBOX ONE IS THE WORST CONSOLE EVER MADE CANT EVEN GET ON LIVE SUPPORT TO GET HELP FOR THE **** CONTROLLERS I HAVE THAT DISCONNECT EVERY 2 SECONDS.
