Xbox is completely frozen/etc

I load up my Xbox, and it takes a good 30 minutes to load up everything on my dashboard. It still doesnt work. I click on games or apps and it wont let me in. I just press A on a game or app and does nothing. I also press the xbox button and the guide
wont even load up. Sometimes from time to time it will. Usually when i try to scroll through my xbox, it wont even let me. It freezes and i cant move. I restarted my xbox, still nothing, i even unplugged and replugged the cables, still nothing. I would greatly
appreciate some help. Thank you.

sorry to hear.I would try to "reset to factory Defaults"
and if this will not help you can try to
"reset your Xbox One console to factory defaults using a USB flash drive"

But I am afraid that you HDD is the Problem. If so,
you can check whether the console is still on warranty and start a repair order.

Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything from the console and let it sit for 5 minutes to see if that helps?

It is much worse than before! twice in the last two days, the App has frozen just as I have completed a challenge, so that the success was not recorded, Twice today, the App has completely frozen (the timer, too) in the middle of
a game. It is now completely unplayable!

I can't seem to get past the green loading screen. have tried 5 hard resets; i also left the green screen on overnight hoping it would break through, am I SOL?
