    i downloaded the xbox app on my iphone with ios 13. When i try to sign in it keeps saying that cookies are blocked however in my settings they aren’t. How can i fix this? I have deleted and re-downloaded the app 3 times

    You can also try it connected to a different network, worst case you can always contact apple support

    Hello XBF John,

    Yes, when I mentioned "turned on cookies", I was referring to switching off the "Block all Cookies" option. With the "Block All Cookies" option turned off and my VPN turned on, I logged into my Xbox profile using my Edge and Safari browsers (I did not want Chrome anymore) successfully. Turning on/off my VPN did not appear to make a difference; however, turning on/off the "Block All Cookies" option did.

    I also tried switching Edge to use Safari and vice a versa, and I was still successful in logging into my Xbox profile in either browser. I also tried staying logged in my Xbox profile in my Edge browser, and then logging into the Xbox app (to see maybe the app could detect my Xbox profile already logged in), but that did not work. More than likely, it does not work that way. I still see the "We can't sign you in. cookies are blocked". This is with the "Block All Cookies" option on Safari turned off.

    It seems odd that my coworker also has an iPhone, with grandchildren all having iPhones, and all of their Xbox apps work fine. It is also possible that he and the grandchildren may be running an old iOS version.
