Have you tried to make a fixed IP-adress in your router, open the ports on this IP-adress and then manually choose the IP-adress in your Xbox? That way you are always sure, that the Xbox will use the right IP-adress. Having the Xbox choose an automatic IP-adress
is not a guarantee for an always open NAT.

If your in the uk, ipv6 is a questionable and unfortunately hard to get IP connection. Although there are companys who offer it...its not really changing much atm and for many ISP's has caused more hassle for them than anything. Definitely give them a
call but dont be disappointed if you cant...your not missing out on much as far as im aware

Unfortunately, you may be unable to change into IPv6 on your network configuration due to the limited capabilities of a mobile hotspot.

Unless you see a way to configure these changes in your user manual, you will be unable to change to any other protocol then the one that is provided to you via your device.

I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

first: your isp must use ipv6 and u must be able to get ipv6

second: your router must use ipv6, see first

and last, your xbox should use ipv6 if first and second is ok.

but be aware, you can have problems with ipv6

This is a function your ISP would have to enable, and its not so much of "change" but an addition to the addressing protocols the network uses.

Contact your ISP to determine if they allow IPv6 and ask them to enable it.
