    so this happened a few days ago. Where the Internet on my Xbox one wouldn't work. For some reason it wouldn't find any wifis around me. So i tried all the possible troubleshootins. Softreset, unpluging Xbox for 15min. Resetting router, etc. So I came to
    the conclusion that a Hard reset was my last option. Did the hardreset(even deleted all my games and apps) was going down the list of the things to Set up after the reset( language, network-which said was connected, location) when it came to update it gave
    me an error that my wifi wasnt working. I tried hard wiring it instead and it works but it doesn't show the network name

    Can't connect to 360

    Update, have tried hard reset, uninstalling all 360 games, removing gamer profile, and now even reverting to factory settings but nothing is working. Xbox one works just fine but 360 games won't connect to internet or xbox live.

    My dashboard won't load

    Everytime I turn on my xbox the dashboard is blank and it says I need to connect to xbox live but my internet is working fine I've reset, hard reset, unplugged, and reset my internet and it still won't work idk what to do

    it is a problem with your internet please try to reset your internet and hard reset you Xbox.

    How to hard reset is hold down the Xbox button on your console.
