    Has anyone noticed the smart delivery system is not installing the optimized for Series S and X version of games it is only installing the base Xbox One version ?

    It is important to note you MUST install the game on the internal storage or the Xbox storage card

    NOT any external hdd devices

    To use optimized games

    To start out, what type of storage device are you using to install the games, internal storage or external? Also, do you happen to have a second profile you can test on your Xbox One to see if there's any change with that? Let us know what's up :)
    Its internal storage and I tried my brothers profile on my console and the same thing happened, just went to a black screen and crashed :/

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with playing games! To check, do you currently have the games installed on the internal storage or is it installed on an external device? If you have it installed on an external device, let's try installing it to the internal
    HDD to see if there's any change. Keep us in the loop! It may be worth restoring your Xbox One to factory settings, but I wanted to double check on your storage setup first.
