Xbox installer on windows 10 freeze at launch.

Hello, i got a new computer since a month and got a free month gamepass subscription. It worked well at first, then problem appeared. First i couldn't install new games there's been error, i let it go and think it would just work later. The second problem
happened when i wanted to update sea of thieves. It downloaded 30 mb, stopped and i had to restart to download 30 more mb and so on. After many tries on different solution, a solution proposed was rebooting windows. I did it thinking that it could repair
the update and the game installer, also it should have keeped all my files. After that reboot, when i restarted my apps, the xbox beta installation wouldn't find my game files, Blizzard and Steam managed to retrieve the files to my library but not the Xbox
beta app. The third problem was that i had a file filled with almost 100 gb of games that i can't open and managed to delete it partially. Now since 2 or 3 days, the Xbox app would launch and stayed with the green window and thexbox sign at the center. I then
uninstalled it to reinstall it after. Now the launcher just freeze after i check the box and click on install, the microsoft store also freeze whenever i try to install things and all i can't access on thegame download window on the microsoft store netheir.
I search on all the internet for a solution but all the things i tried just seems to make it worst. I know it's a beta app but how can a microsoft developed app be so messy with a computer?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

It seems like the app was possibly not uninstalled or deleted properly from your PC and now it freezes when trying to re-install. Do you see the app still in your Task manager? Click where it says more details and go through each tab
and locate the Xbox game pass beta app. Right click and then select Open file location, which should open the folder with any files you would still need to delete.

Open run window (Windowskey + R) - Type in: "%appdata%" - Delete the Xbox app (beta) for the PC Game Pass folder in the roaming folder (You should be in it already). Go back one folder, then you should end up in Appdata - Go to
"Local" - Delete the beta Xbox app folder in there too. You can also get to the local folder by typing %localappdata% in the run window. Once you delete the folders for the app that is having issues, try re-installing again from this website https://www.xbox.com/xbox-game-pass/pc-games.

I'm sorry to hear about your current issue with a game not launching. If your game won't start (when you launch it, you don’t get past the game loading screen) you may need to troubleshoot problems with your device.
