Xbox installed games invisible/not showing up?!

since the last xbox update i am no longer able to see more than 4 games installed in the my games tab. PUBG is my most recent played game and it too is not listed under installed. Recently installed rainbow six siege and was only able to launch it because
luckily for me i still had an unread notification. I have many other games not showing like red dead 2, spyro trilogy, forza horizon 3 and 4, crash bandicoot trilogy and a few more. I have a xbox one s with 500gb internal storage and a 2 tb external that is
properly secured and attatched to my console. also, spell check on your website isnt working. Unrelated but your pc updates dont work either.

Do you know if the missing games are on internal or external storage? It sounds like the Xbox is not seeing the external drive. Try unplugging your external storage and doing a full shutdown of the Xbox. While it is off, plug in the external drive and then
turn the Xbox back on. Go to Settings > System > Storage and see if the drive is there. From there you can also view the content of both internal and external drives.

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your Xbox One not showing games you have recently installed. You may want to try performing a factory reset and keep your games & apps on your Xbox One, to do so, check out this article:

I don’t know how to close this topic but it seems to be working now. I shut my xbox off, holding the power button. Unplugged the xbox for 30 seconds and hit the power button before plugging it back in and turning it back on. It seems to be working properly
now.

Most likely your system didn't update correctly. Just restart vit and check updates. If that doesn't work then reset the system.

If you have an HD installed does the internal flash memory become invisible? As in it does not show up in the storage settings? Just curious.
