Xbox Insiders May Now Join the Xbox Accessibility Insider League

In order to gain access to the forum, you need the Ambassador tag. There is currently an issue with giving the tag to anyone who did not complete the getting started mission before April 1. Once that is fixed, you will get the tag and also get access to
the forum. Until then, if you need help with the program, you'll want to reach out to a CM or you can join the Discord server.

The Insider tag on the forum is for Windows Insider, not Xbox Insider. There is not a tag for Xbox Insiders on the forum.

After discussing with my team, this is a known error, and a solution is being worked on with no determined release date as of now. If you are not in Xbox Insiders, you can try joining for when the release is tested it will be given to insiders first to do the testing. You can try joining and choosing an Insider Preview for console updates and see if that helps out. Otherwise, resetting your console may be the only temporary solution. When you reset you can do so without having to delete all your apps:

1. Go to System
   
2. Select Console info
   
3. Choose Reset console
   
4. Select Reset and Keep My Games & Apps
   

You can join the Xbox Insiders by Downloading the Xbox Insider Hub from the Microsoft Store.

I think I joined the Xbox Insider program. But my console didn't join the insider update, is that relevant?

Hi there, have you joined the Insider programme? To access Flight Simulator 2020 Insider you need to be part of that programme. You can do that here if you have not, even though you are on PC.

For the most part, what other users have mentioned is correct. The last significant dashboard update did happen through the Xbox Insider Program. If you'd like to have access to the experimental dashboard update, you'd need to download the Xbox Insider Hub
app on your Xbox One console and join that program and most likely 'rank up' to the right level in the program to even have access to it. This program offers more frequent updates and access to still in-design and in-test features as well as game betas and
alphas. You should be warned that if you're not used to experiencing a lot of bugs and not committed to actually testing new features then, the Insider Program may not be for you. Its divided into preview rings that progressively require more 'work and tenure'
to achieve in order to receive more frequent updates, new features as soon as they are ready, and more game tests.
