It's important to note that this is a public user-to-user community forum, and none of us here work for Microsoft.

Since your standard game pass subscription was renewed then converted into game pass ultimate on Nov 4th, which means it's no longer possible to request a refund for the standard version because it was already converted into the Xbox game pass ultimate.

In this case, the duration of your standard game pass will be added to the duration of your game pass ultimate after conversion.

For example, if you have a 1 month of standard game pass, then you purchase and converted into 1 month of Xbox game pass ultimate, you will have a total of 2 months of Xbox game pass ultimate.

In addition, if you still want to request a refund, you will be cancelling your Xbox game pass ultimate in the process.

Hi Lhall31744, could you specify what kind of Gold pass you're talking about? Is it just standard Xbox Live Gold membership, Xbox Game Pass, or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? What Game are you trying to play?
