    im On Xbox one X Insider preview alpha-skip ahead

    ok yesterday used the xbox fine majority of the day, nipped out and a few hours later i come home turned the xbox on, and my tv gets no signal from it, i have another tv in the house with a known working HDMI so move it and set it up there still nothing so 100% a console issue.

    I was able to connect via my phone using Xcloud, from this i could see everything was fine was all there i could even launch and play games.

    during this i dived in to settings and the xbox said 4k UHD checked the TV and it showed green ticks on everything, had an idea grabbed a small portable tv turned the xbox off plugged the other tv in and turned it on, it was indeed showing 1080p with the 4k details being red, turned it back off pluged the original tv back in and again detected the 4k resolution and settings. so the HDMI port works fine otherwise it wouldnt detect the tv. so i went for a reset everything thinking the fault was an insider build fault, i reset the console unknowing it wouldnt wipe the insider OS, and can now no longer view it via my phone so unable to do any fault finding

    TV does indeed detect theres something plugged in to the HDMI port but displays "Week or no signal"i should mention this isn't a blank/black screen but "No signal"

    Logged on another console and removed my current console from the insider build and still no fix

    as with several reports and not an isolated matter, i need a recommendation on how to move forward to a resolution? as were all unable to submit a "report a problem" with our consoles being inaccessible

    I Hope someone can get back to me urgently on this subject, and the many others having the problem from reddit, and those not knowing whats going on.

    in addition xbox support got me to try the low resolution thing with the eject button and xbox power on to the same result as before "weak or no signal" but the TV did detect the change in resolution.

    Try power cycling your console to clear the cache and reset the network card. To power cycle make sure the console is on, then hold the console power button for 8 seconds until it turns off, then wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on again, and see if this
    fixes the problem for you. Let us know how it goes.

    In other words his Inside xbox videos have not update since january. Meaning he is annoyed in the fact he cannot see any of the new videos which we all get on inside xbox.

    my tv outputs the video audio via hdmi to the av receiver via Panasonics ARC connection , ive tried connecting the ARC HDMI out from tv to xbox in but it still cant see the video feed ? would this possibly be a driver issue within the xbox ? I have reported
    the issue on the xbox insider program but have had no feedback as yet .

    would it be possible to manually add the tuner as a Panasonic tuner within the set up ? or is it just simply impossible without an external tuner or Microsoft usb tv tuner ?
