    I have been an insider preview member since as long as I can remember. After the 2110.211005-2200 install I recently opted out and when my console rolled back to the previous update. It stopped mid-install and gave me the error code E102 10010C02 8B060007 and will not let me try and factory reset it nor will it let me offline update the OSU. (I know it wouldn't work but after all other troubleshooting I figured I would give it a try.) I am at a loss after contacting help and troubleshooting every option. I had submitted a ticket to have Microsoft call me and after a 25 minute wait time they finally did. I explained the issue and was told they would escalate it and "would I please hold while they contact further support. I was on hold for 40 minutes waiting for support before being hung up on. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this as I am lost and without access to my xbox.

    Xbox one in system error E102 loop

    It started with an E105 error, I didn't write down the rest of the code. But it quickly changed to E102 10010C02 8B060007. And today when I tried the usb method (offline update) the error code changed to E101 00000503 8B060007.

    Since the last preview build, when turning the console on it comes up with "something went wrong", error code, E102 10010c02 8b060007.

    Unable to reset to default, unable to offline update, i have an expensive paper weight

    Thanks for this, tried it all, nothing. Microsoft has said they would reply within 24hrs, and this is a known problem by them!
