There is no need to let the console "sit unplugged for an hour", that just prolongs the frustration of not playing,
unless the console is overheated.

Are you able to connect your controller to the console with a play and charge uSB and try to turn the console on using the controller Nexus button?

Are you connected WiFi or wired ethernet cable?

This is news is about Beta Insiders on the console and recently Delta ring, so it's getting closer. Next is Omega before General Availability where expectations are high for a successful integration.

Also note that the issue with that game has been fixed and is currently in the Beta ring for Insider testers. It should be released to the general public soon.
