According to the Latest Alpha skip ahead Insider release notes this is still an issue the engineers are tracking and working on.

This is due to a new Store setting where audio for Autoplay videos is off by default. You will need to enable this setting to fix the behavior. Read more at Xbox
Wire. There is a fix for it that has just been released to Xbox Insiders (Skip Ahead ring).
