Xbox Insider Program Troubleshoot Menu Fix

Hey there!

If you go into your Settings menu then scroll down to
System, go over to the Cortana Settings option. If you open that up, the Cortana sidebar should open and you can turn off the helpful tips menu.

Hopefully that does the trick for you.

Hey there!

When you load up an Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One console, it should bring you automatically to the Xbox 360 emulator. From there, you can press the Menu and View buttons at the same time and that should bring up the Xbox 360 menu. From there, it should
sign you into your current Xbox Live account automatically and ask you to save your progress to the Cloud.

Kids not showing up under family settings was a known issue that we believe to be resolved now. Can you check and see if you're able to manage your child's permissions from the family menu now?

You can also go there by using the Xbox Insider Menu near the top of the page

Side note: This specific error usually fixes itself by waiting a while (a day) and then trying again.

Is your Xbox One X enrolled to the Insider program?

If that's not the case, I just want to ask, what procedures you tried to fix this inconvenience so far? (In order to avoid providing the same troubleshooting steps)
