It seems like your console is on Xbox Insider - Beta ring update.

The next system update should actually be now in November. Unless you want to enroll in the insider program, but there are obviously some downsides to joining, and some upsides.

Hi, that looks like your Xbox is enrolled into the Insider update program. If you want to reduce the amount of updates you receive you can change to a lower update ring in the Insider app or remove your Xbox totally from the Insider program.

Are you in the insiders program?

If you are then use a windows 10 machine and download the xbox insider's app and remove your console then apply the update

If not in the insiders program use the offline update tool
