Xbox insider program causing issue playing ESO?

Hello,

I'm not sure if I'm right here but I got the following issue:

I'm a xbox inside member and the console works fine, but I've got an issue login in to the elder Scrolls Online.

When I try to log in to that game it needs 2-10 attempts until it's successful...usually I'll get the error message "server time out"...first I thought it's an issue with the ESO Server, but we've tested something:

I unlinked my Gamertag with the ESO Account, created a new xbox account including a new Gamertag as well as a new ESO Account.

I linked my original Gamertag with the new eso account and my new xbox Gamertag with the old eso account.

The new Gamertag linked to the old eso account works perfect, i can log in to eso without any problems. My regular Gamertag does still have the issues with the login.

I'm not sure what's the problem with my Gamertag, but obviously there's an issue or a setting that causes this issue.

Could it be, that the xbox inside program causes this issue ?

Hey Shoravaz! The Xbox has a surge protector built in so that may be causing the issue. Try plugging it in directly to the wall and see if that helps resolve the issue. Post back and let me know!

Sorry to hear about the issue with your account and ESO. I would not rule out that the insider program could be a contributing factor. Have you

removed and re-installed the original account to the console?

You Can also go to the Preview Forum and review posts and see if any others are having
similar issues.
