Xbox Insider Preview Omega (Please Answer Quickly)

Hello. I have an Xbox One, and when I first got my xbox, my dad set up my account on there, and I had to reset my xbox to fix a specific problem with it. The problem is, with my new account, I try and back out of the Xbox Insider Program, and it won't let me because I am no longer signed into that old account. I have no access at all to that account, so what do I do to fix it?

You need to go the insider app with the new account and join the insider program, then add you console to the insider program, and finally remove the console, this will solve the issue, but you will be in that update until the official OS reach thyour Omega OS

This is not correct. Using the Insider Hub to remove a console from a preview will start a process to install the General Availability (GA) OS for the Xbox console.

Previews are associated with the console, not the MS Live account.

All thats required is to download the Insider Hub from the Store, to the console, run it and remove the console from any preview it may have been in. You will see any previews the console is enrolled in under Manage.

Once you remove the console, using the Insider Hub, it will do a console refresh, and should be on the GA release OS for Xbox.

The Insider update should’ve improved the performance, so it’s strange that it hasn’t made any difference. If you joined the Omega preview, this is the most recent update (it’s possible that it installed automatically by itself if the option to keep your console up to date is enabled):
