XBox Insider - No Login with O365 Corporate Login possible?

Hello,

i would like to take part of the FSX Insider program, for that i need to login with XBox Insider App.

When i try to log in with my O365 Account, the App tells me my account is not available (In German:
Dieses Microsoft-Konto ist nicht vorhanden. Geben Sie ein anderes Konto ein, oder fordern
Sie ein neues an.)

What can i do?

Hi Stefan,

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to answer that.

You will need an Xbox Live account to login to the Xbox Insider Hub app. Using the same Microsoft Account you use to login to Office 365, login to
https://www.xbox.com/ and an Xbox profile will be created connecting you to Xbox Live services. Once you have your Microsoft Account linked to Xbox Live with the new Xbox Live profile, try
signing into the Xbox Insider Hub app.

not sure if this is the same thing but. mine loads up the game but won't sync to xbox live so it just keeps going back to the start screen of the game. doesn't matter what game it is. and it seems to be related to the new update because it started doing
this after i updated.

So can you play, just not login into your live? If so have you tried completely factory restoring your xbox?
