    So I have been trying to open XBox insider since 1pm florida time. However I always just get the error message as seen in the image. I tried updating windows i tried updating all of the xbox related app on my computer and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I even tried contacting microsoft support and they aren't sure how to solve the issue either. Has anyone been able to open it at all? If so what seemed to make it work?

    P.S. Yes, i am trying to sign up for the NGS beta.

    If you are in the Xbox Insider program this is a known issue and the team are working on a fix for it. I have seen a tweet from one of the insider team they hope to release a new update that fixes this in the next few days.

    Can you please confirm if you are in the Xbox Insider program? If you are in the insider program this is a known issue and is also affecting the Store tab on the console, The Insider team are working on a fix for the issue.

    This is becoming a known issue. There isn't any fix or work around to it as of yet. But it is believed that it has something to do with gamertags that were apart of the family plan.

    Are you on the Insider Alpha skip ahead builds? If so it is a known issue they are working on fixing.

    If not, try the reset as suggested and hopefully that will fix it.
