if you will be able to join or not.

What happens when you try to install the Insiders Hub?

unfortunately microsoft is the one who defines how the settings hud will be, and they are indicated by Insiders players who give feedback on how it should be, and this change may occur in the future, but nothing suggests that it will be changed.
