    Xbox Insider Hub - Will not launch


    App will not get past the circle loading screen. This means I cannot report problems nor can I participate in the feedback programs available. I have tried several times a day for the past week and even went as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    I was invited to the "Sea of Thieves" Technical alpha. I have yet to gain access to the game install

    I had these instructions in the email. The prompt to do so in the hub simply is not there.

    Wrong account, now I can't log into Insider Hub

    Ok so I downloaded Xbox Insider Hub, but logged into the wrong account. The account that I logged in on was registered as under 18 years old. Now whenever I just launch Xbox Insider Hub I get this message: You must be 18 to join Xbox Insider." And then all I
    can do is close the program. How can I change the account? (I've tried reinstalling several times)

    The Xbox Insider Hub can be installed from Microsoft Store on your Windows 10 PC.

    1. Open Microsoft Store.
    2. Search for the Xbox Insider Hub.
    3. Select Get/Install.
    Stop participating in the Xbox Insider Program
    1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
    2. Go to Settings > Manage devices.
    3. Select the consoles to unenroll from the Xbox Insider Program.
    4. Uninstall the Xbox Insider Hub.

    If you would like to know if you're in the Xbox Insiders program you'll need to download the Xbox Insider Hub on the console and launch it. You can check your console status from there.
