Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you were enrolled in the Xbox Insider Program, and you are receiving system update errors. Also, the factory reset and offline update are not resolving the issue. We have a support article
that provides
troubleshooting for system update errors. After you unenroll from the program, you will not receive the normal system update until the next big update for the Xbox Insider users. In the meantime, we suggest submitting feedback through the

Xbox Insider Hub App and
the Xbox Insider subreddit. The subreddit is a great place to get in contact with Xbox Insider support. We hope this information helps

there is no message error it is just that xbox insider hub keeps updating in a cycle so i cant exit out of the beta program on minecraft

Are you part of the preview program by any chance? I have had a similar issue recently which I think is a bug of my preview build, I have reported the issue from the insider hub. If you haven't aldreay I would recommend you report the issue too. Which can
be done from the insider hub, or by pressing your Xbox button on the controller.
