Xbox Insider hub problem with network try again.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forum with this situation. I understand you're having issues with the Xbox Insider Hub?

You can this problem using the Xbox Insider Hub app so we can investigate it further:

1. On your console, install the
   Xbox Insider Hub app (if you don’t already have it).
   
2. Hold down the Xbox button on the controller.
3. On the power menu, select Report a problem.
4. Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.
   

As far as I'm aware you do not need to be a part of the Insider program to play Sea of Thieves. The Insider version of the game expired when the game was ready for launch. Hope this helps!

Oh okay i do have Sea of Thieves just got the gamepass and just installed the game,i thought it was required to play it.

Everytime start sea of thieves i get Ashbeard error. Also when i got to Services on my computer i only see the following xbox services: Xbox Accessory Management Service, Xbox Game Monitoring, Xbox Live-verificatiebeheer. And i've been looking on the web for
a while for fixes and alot of people have more service's running.

Do you any possible fixes?

If you're trying to play the Xbox Insider version of Sea of Thieves, then be aware that this was the closed Beta before the game launched.

Unless they added an Insider Version after I checked two days ago, you can't play that version, as the servers don't accept the Sea of Thieves Beta client anymore.

You will have to buy the actual game, or have an active Game Pass subscription to be able to play Sea of Thieves.

Make sure that the games you are trying to play can be played offline, as some games don't and will require network connection!

If they can be played offline, try to soft reset the console and try again!

The Nat from your network is open? Try make soft reset and then reinstall Xbox Insider Hub
