    Xbox insider hub issue, Trying to play fsx seems farther than ever now


    Hi, Lately Microsoft doing some trouble to me. I seem to fix every problem except this one, I tried to open Xbox insider hub but it saying I don't have internet after few mins, Which doesn't make sense because I do have internet. Any solution would be welcome XD, Btw i tried opening the app a few times later and after 2 refreshes it gives me an option to switch account(Microsoft account) so i tried doing so and created a new account. And for my surprise, it didn't work either and said internet connection trouble.

    I just installed the xbox insider hub without an issue so it seems to only be Games and not apps that are having the issue. I can try another game to see if that gives the same problem just need to find a free game to try.

    Hi Damian,

    This may be an obvious question, but during all your troubleshooting, did you ever power cycle the Xbox and reset the power unit? Basically unplugging it for a few minutes after a hard reset?

    Even if you don't see any performance issues, the system update still seems to be incorrectly downloaded based on what your status page says.

    Have you tried an offline system update again, or possibly even try to download the update somewhere else? Just to rule out any connection issues.

    I suggest also reporting this bug to the Xbox team through the Xbox Insiders Hub app and you can send a screenshot of that system update status page:
