    Xbox Insider Hub fails to update/download


    Since the system update at the end of March, my Xbox One has had trouble downloading the most recent update for the Xbox Insider Hub app. Usually, it will try to download as soon as I log in, but it never makes any progress. Other apps have updated successfully
    since the console update. It even fails to download in the background whenever I turn the console off. Furthermore, even after pausing the download to keep everything else from lagging, there has been a considerable delay when loading videos on YouTube, compared
    to their speed before the system update.

    Also, I wasn't able to find a specific forum for the Insider Hub or the Insider Program (except for the Xbox 360), so I wasn't sure exactly where to post this.

    Why isn't. Minecraft better together available to members

    Have you downloaded the Xbox insider hub app? I believe that update is still in beta. So to download it, you will need to go to the xbox store and down load the Xbox Insider Hub.

    Sensativity issue

    I have noticed that on mine also. It must be a new build in Xbox update. I will report this through an insider hub as I am an Xbox insider. You can do the same. Download an insider hub on your xbox and report this. It will be noticed immediately.

    You will have to go to the 343 website register for the insider program and then download the Xbox Insider Hub on the Xbox One. You will see the update there

    You could try checking if your console is enrolled in the Xbox Insider program by downloading the Xbox Insider Hub on another console or a Windows device. To clarify, what happened when you tried to do the factory reset? did the process fail during the update as you mentioned in your initial post?

    I'm not an insider and my update was FORCED. Who's responsible for that? I would prefer not updating myself.

    If you are accessing these forums and downloading that update then you are indeed an Xbox Insider, which is why you would be receiving these updates. If you do not wish to remain a member of the Xbox One System Update Preview you can unenroll you console
    via the Xbox Insider Hub. You just need to launch the App, then navigate to Settings to remove the console. You should then be prompted to take an update that will download the current version available to the public.
