I am trying to connect to xbox insider-hub but I get Unspecified error (Except from HResult 0x80004005) (0x80004005)

Do you know have to fix this?

Hello, I cannot connect to the Hub Xbox Insider. I have received an email saying that the beta of Age of Empires Definitive Edition was available for me to test. I followed the steps but upon trying to connect to the Hub, it gives me the following error
code: Error 0x80004005 (Excep_From HResult 0x80004005). I've seen a lot of people mentioning the error but not a single response from the staff.

Could you please explain how to fix this issue, or at the very least let people know that you are working on it.

Hey

I had the same problem. You might have aswell turned off the Xbox Services at one point an that causes the trouble.

Press the Start button, Search for "System Configuration", Go to the Services tab, Scroll down to Xbox, and enable everything that is Xbox related. After a quick reboot I was able to sign in to the Xbox Insider Hub.
