    Hey i've recently had to install xbox insider hub for a closed QA test but everytime i try and boot the app it always comes up with the same error if any support member or community memeber could help me it would be great since i need to get the program
    up and running before sunday

    Error message when opening Hub Xbox Insider on Win10: [Excep_FromHResult 0x80004005)

    Dears,

    I get an error message when I try to open the Hub Xbox Insider:

    "hub xbox insider unspecified error [Excep_FromHResult 0x80004005) (0x80004005)"

    I'm running Windows 10 enterprise 2016 ltsb with the Windows Store installed on it.

    Followed all the steps on the support page to try to fix it without results (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10164/fix-windows-update-errors).

    Can you help me?

    You will receive the error code 0x80004005 upon signing in to the Xbox Insider Hub due to a network connection error or if there are issues with your profile. To resolve your concern, you can share the issues that you encounter by chatting with other Xbox
    Insiders on the Xbox Insider Forums. To start a chat session, follow the steps below:

    1. Sign in to
      Insider Program forums      .
    2. You may select Latest Xbox One Update Preview.
    3. Click on Chat with Support.

    I tried searching for error code '0x80073cf6' to no avail. So there may be some other way, you can get an app from your xbox called 'xbox insider Hub' here you can report the error code. You can get more information here. Xbox

    When I load the insider hub on my windows 10 and Xbox 1 it says that I am not 18 and so it wont allow me to use it but I am over 18.
