    I'm on a Windows 10 computer and the Microsoft Store won't let me install Xbox Insider Hub. First of all, it never appeared in the store, and when I tried to get there from a url, it said "this app is currently not available"

    I know I have the system requirements and I have exited from family controls and it still shows the same thing. Does anyone know what this means?

    Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the headset compatibility to the Xbox.

    In reference to the insider program, the article entitled Get
    the Xbox Insider Hub App    contains details about joining the Xbox Insider program. The
    Xbox User Redditis
    where our Xbox Insider users will go to post issues with the Insider program.

    Currently the Microsoft controller adapter is not available. I would recommend visiting a store near you for availability.

    Joining the xbox preview program

    To join the insider programme all you have to do is download the "Xbox insider hub" on your Xbox one, custom gamer pics are only currently available to the alpha ring within the programme, they will be released to everyone else long before you get there.

    I am pretty sure it is only available currently to Alpha and Beta ring in Preview. If you are in either of those rings you should be able to access the trial from inside the Hub.
