Xbox Insider Hub age restirction

    i'm over 18 (and i've set my account info correctly)

    but i'm still cant log into Xbox Insider Hub

    the age restriction always blocks me

    Xbox Insider Hub age restriction

    So I created a new account and put my age on it (18). And when I try to use "Xbox Insider Hub" it won't let me because it says I'm a minor. I don't know what to do because I literally created that account to use the Xbox Insider, and I'm 18. (The account
    is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***). I can verify my age if it's necessary, I have no problem with that.

    I have already contacted with an agent and he told me to post it here.

    Please try the following steps and let me know if that helps you:

    1. On Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC, sign in with the account that registered for the Minecraft Beta and launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
    2. Navigate to Insider content > Minecraft (or Minecraft for Windows 10 on PC)
    3. Select Manage.
    4. Use the radio button to select Unenroll (Leave this preview), then select Done.
    5. Wait an additional 30-60 minutes after unenrollment completes (Pending no longer appears in the Xbox Insider Hub).

    I think at the time it was first rolled out there was no age restriction. Or because of the age which your parents put on your console, or you claimed to be 18. These could be a few reasons why you got in.
