    've been part of Xbox Insider for a long time, and I've never had a problem, but this last December update just broke my Xbox. The opening Xbox green screen has disapeared, it goes straight to screen troubleshooting with ERROR 106.
    Then, I tried everything, I restarted it, and I erased all content (I did it several times) and still it starts with ERROR 106. I tried everything that is listed on Xbox website. Then, I tried to install the software via USB drive and I didn´t succeded, because
    the ERROR 101 has appeared. Now, I can´t do anything and all the time I see ERROR 101.

    As I am a Xbox Insider, I believe that this problem will be solved/covered at no cost, but I do not know how to proceed.

    I am in Brazil and here Microsoft has no solution other than me to pay to replace my Xbox with a reconditioned. I do not think this is fair, since the problem was caused by a bad update.

    Thank you very much for the help, however this solution does not work. I have tried everything that is on the Microsoft help site regarding errors 101 and 106 but nothing worked. I'm going to spending USD100 to swap my Xbox for a refurbished, even though
    I don't think it's fair, Microsoft Brazil has no way of dealing with this because the problem is part of the Insider program that is from the USA.

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

    We understand this is frustrating since the console is not loading up properly due to the update. Now since this is an update from the insider program, you can always wait for the next update if sending it in is not an option.

    You can also report this problem using the Xbox
    Insider Hub app so we can investigate it further:

    1. On your console, install the
      Xbox
      Insider Hub
      app (if you don’t already have it).
    2. Hold down the
      Xbox
      button on the controller.
    3. On the power menu, select
      Report a problem.
    4. Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and if you were using any specific
      games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.

    Yeah im having the same problem too i unenrolled my xbox from the insider program and it asked me to restart my xbox so i did and it tried to update and failed then took me to the troubleshooting page where when i try to reset or do anything at all it
