Xbox Insider Crashing when leaving Preview

Hi, Chicken! Thank you for your reply and the additional information.

- Have you tried switching Insider preview rings or leaving the insider program? perhaps it could have something to do with the preview build your console is on.

- Are no other games besides Fortnite and Call of Duty crashing?

- Is your console connected to the Internet via wifi or network cable?

Regarding your mouse and keyboard, it's unlikely they have any impact on your games crashing.

Are you still in the insider program? Your best bet would be to use the insider app and leave.

Follow these steps to leave it.

I found it on the wolfenstein preview when you scroll to the right of the home screen leave your disk inside if it installs to 49% leave it there go to the wolfenstein preview in xbox live then it should say install on it click that and it should carry on
from 49%

I`ve already beat the game and had no problems with it after the forced install

What preview are you in?

Using the Insider hub >Manage should state what you're enrolled in.

Most of the time a factory refresh is required when leaving, changing a preview ring or leaving Insiders altogether. You will need the account details and passwords for all accounts that are set up on the console now to set the console back up after the factory refresh. Your games and apps shouldn't be affected unless you decide to do a complete factory refresh and delete everything. Xbox Insider FAQ

"I want to revert back to the normal homepage. When I hit view button on homepage, it doesn’t do anything."

As far as I'm aware the New Experience Dashboard is only available to select consoles enrolled in a Xbox Insider preview OS. You would have to unenroll the console from the preview. Use the Insider Hub to unenroll. The General Available OS will be installed once you leave the preview.
