    Xbox Insider app not logging in properly


    Good day everyone. For 3 days now I have been unable to log in to the insider app. I can start the app, then the loading wheel spins for about 30 seconds, and I get a message quote: "An unknown HTTP error occurred". My only option is to close the app.

    I have tried restarting the app multiple times, I have fully power cycled my console multiple times, and I have even deleted and re-downloaded the app. I would very much like to participate in the Halo Infinite flight starting tomorrow, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    I do not have this issue anymore, as it turned out, I just didn't properly log off the Xbox app. After logging off there, it stopped pre-determining the account I was logging into. So, make sure you properly log off both Microsoft Store AND the Xbox App as well. You might have a different issue, but this worked for me. Sorry if I couldn't be of any help.

    Hi!

    Try disconnecting the profile and re-logging in. It looks like the account is not properly loaded on the Store app.
