    Hi good afternoon. I am a user of the Xbox inside and there was a problem in the last update of the system and because of this I came to report and after that if I decide to leave the program. happens yesterday 02 / August 2018.
    My console does not connect to the internet anymore I went to do the standard procedures that are they clear the cache, hold the power button until the console power up and connect again after 1 min. And even reset the console to the factory settings. But
    by doing this last part in resetting the console to two factory settings the console is not letting me put my account in. And it gives the following error. 0x80072ee2. Please help me, I do not know where else to go

    As for the error code, have you tried all the steps listed here? Fix: Xbox One S error code 0x80072ee7

    If you have a wireless connection you should try using an ethernet cable for the duration of the reset just in case.

    This is an issue which occurs mainly when users are trying to open content in their Xbox One S console. In most of the cases, the numeric error code will appear due to unable to load the resource by Xbox One S console when users are trying to open. Fix Xbox One S error code 0x80072ee7 with expert solutions. Most likely, a network connection error in this case will block the name of the resource from removing it to an IP address.

    Steps to fix Xbox S error code 0x80072ee7 are as follows:
    Step 1: Check for the Xbox Live service status problem
    • If there are any alerts appearing then, users should wait until the service is up and is running as suggested by Xbox Support Now, make an attempt to access content on the console.
