    My Xbox One S won't let me access chats or my internet when my internet is perfectly fine and it won't let me play my online games when I want to. My profile says I'm Offline when I haven't set my status to offline. I have no Idea what's going on.

    Try check your internet connection in:

    - Press home button

    - Profile & system

    - Settings

    - General

    - Network settings

    - Test network connection

    It's definitely an internet issue because since you can't play online there must be something wrong with your connection.

    Ever since everyone was supposed to stay home and practice social distancing there has been a large amount of users. More than usual so there can be problems with xbox live every now and then. Over the months there have been lots of reports of slow download
    speeds, being constantly kicked out of online games, not being able to send or receive messages, problems with friends lists and other things.
