    Xbox on PC. In app purchases. entered password get "Something Happened on our end. Waiting a bit might Help.

    [CLOSE] if press to close then get

    "Please wait contacting Microsoft stores" but just takes into game screen without updating the purchase. This is happening in all my games with only the bottom of page reference changing.

    waiting instead of closing just hangs there forever doing nothing so only is to close.

    Additional information is needed, please answer the following questions to assist you properly:

    Are you on Windows 10 or 11?
    If you try to make purchases it works? (games, apps, everything except in-game purchases)
    Is this the first time that you try to make in game purchases or was you able to do it previously?

    And what did you tried so far to fix this problem?
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    In the meantime, please double check if everything is up to date in your PC:

    Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

    Click Check for Updates;

    Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

    Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

    I'm not certain that the iOS app will let you purchase anything via the App due to Apple's App Store policies. You'd have to purchase on the console or website. The Xbox Store is available online for purchases here: https://www.xbox.com/en-us/games/xbox-one

    if you purchase madden 24 on the Xbox app, you purchased the console version.

    EA runs their own titles on PC, and you would've had to of have purchased it through their app,

    Cloud play is possible on Pc via the app, and that's the console version
