As LegoNinja187 already assumed, your suggestion to buy Xbox 360 games with Microsoft Balance (CSV) was already suggested (and heard) in the

Feature Friday Reddit postings from June 8th 2018.

As for your Backwards compatibility suggestions: You need to contact the publisher/owner of the games to make them available on the Xbox One as backwards compatible title.

In the case of the F.E.A.R. series, you need to contact Warner Brothers Interactive.

For Condemned 2: Bloodshot you need to contact SEGA.

If the publishers allow the release of these games as backwards compatible, Microsoft can put them on the Marketplace.

Xbox Ideas is no longer accepting backwards compatible game suggestions, you will need to contact the developers about possible backwards compatibility.

I'm not sure why you're second suggestion got removed, but perhaps there was already a similar, or the same suggestion already up.

Without knowing what you suggested, there could be multiple reasons for removal of your ideas.

For example, they might be impossible to implement due to legal or technical reasons. For example requesting that Playstation discs work on the Xbox One might eventually work technically (PS4 and Xbox One use a similar architecture), there might be legal
reasons not to do that. Or technical reasons, asking to have Super NES games run on your Xbox One, as it does not have a cartridge slot.

Or it might be an idea that has already been suggested, or something they already implemented "behind closed doors" just to show it to the public in a few months when E3 happens.

Or it might have been an idea that doesn't benefit the "common public", like "I was harrassed by that guy on Xbox Live and I suggest you ban him. He also steals my lunch money every day at school."

To sum it up: Unless you tell us what the ideas were, we can't say why they were not accepted.

Xbox forum support personnel confirmed earlier in the week xbox 360 marketplace will be coming to xbox one consoles (and buying like the xbox one marketplace not the webmarketplace ) I assume that means currency will be compatible then
